Musculoskeletal ultrasound is an emerging specialty, integrating knowledge in sonography, anatomy, rehabilitation, orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology and sports medicine. Mastering the techniques requires familiarization of normal anatomy and reciprocal relationships among muscles, tendons and bones. Instruction by experienced tutors effectively speeds up the learning curve and helps the learners rapidly apply ultrasound on clinical practice. The aim of the workshop is to provide the best updated knowledge of musculoskeletal medicine and to build basic and advanced skills in performing musculoskeletal ultrasound.
